StudMac is a study platform for university students. It gives you past questions, lecture notes and answers for your courses, AI practice quizzes and study plans, a results and CGPA tracker, and a peer community with messaging and study groups. StudMac is available on the web, as an Android app and as a Windows app.
By creating an account or using StudMac, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use StudMac. StudMac is an independent platform and is not an official service of any university.
You must give accurate details when you register, including your name, email address, department and level, because StudMac uses them to show you the right courses and materials. One account is for one person. Do not share your login or let others use your account.
Your department and level can only be changed through a request that our team reviews, so that every student sees materials for their own courses. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
StudMac has a Free plan and two paid plans: Tools, which unlocks AI practice, the study planner, analytics and full community features, and Pro, which also includes the premium materials for your level. Paid plans are available monthly, per semester or yearly. You can also unlock individual premium materials, or a course from another level (for example, a carryover course), with a one-off payment.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack by card or bank transfer. StudMac never sees or stores your card details. A plan is a one-off payment for the period you choose. It does not renew automatically, and when it ends your account returns to the Free plan. Materials you bought individually stay unlocked on your account.
Prices are shown before you pay and may change in the future, but a change never affects a plan you have already paid for. Because access is given immediately, payments are generally not refundable. If you were charged twice, charged in error, or paid but did not receive access, email us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund you.
Materials on StudMac are for your own personal study only. To protect the people who created them, you agree not to:
You can submit past questions, notes and other materials through the Contribute page. By submitting, you confirm that you have the right to share the material and that it does not break anyone else’s rights. You allow StudMac to review, format, watermark and publish it to other students, free or as premium content.
Every contribution is reviewed before it is published, and we may decline or remove any material. If you believe a material on StudMac uses your work without permission, email us and we will look into it promptly.
The Peer Community, direct messages and study groups are for helping each other learn. When you post, message or share, you agree not to:
Study group creators manage their groups. They can set the group size, edit the group, remove members and delete messages. StudMac may also remove any post, message or group, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI practice quizzes and study plans are generated automatically from course and material content. They are designed to help you revise, but they can contain mistakes, so always check important facts against your lecture notes and course materials. AI features have daily usage limits to keep the service fair and available to everyone.
We work hard to keep materials correct and matched to the right courses, but StudMac is provided "as is". Materials may contain errors, may be incomplete, or may differ from what your lecturer teaches or examines. StudMac is a study aid and does not guarantee any grade or exam result. If you find a mistake, please report it from the Issues page so we can correct it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, for example by sharing materials, abusing other students, or attempting to get around payments or security. You can stop using StudMac at any time and can ask us to delete your account by email.
As far as the law allows, StudMac is not liable for any indirect loss, or for losses caused by errors in materials, service interruptions, or events outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to StudMac in the 3 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms as StudMac grows. When we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and let you know in the app or by email. If you keep using StudMac after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have any questions about them, email us at studmacofficial@gmail.com.
